Terms of Service - Apna Zaiqah

 

These terms apply to all purchases made on the Apna Zaiqah online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

Products: We sell pure desi ghee. Product photos are for illustration; the colour and texture of natural ghee can vary slightly between batches, which is normal.

 

Prices: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at the time of your order will apply to that order.

 

Orders: We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order. We may cancel an order if the address or phone number cannot be verified, or if a product is out of stock. If you have already paid, the full amount will be refunded.

 

Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery and the other payment methods shown at checkout.

 

Delivery and returns: Please see our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

 

Use of the product: Store ghee in a cool, dry place and always use a dry spoon. Please check the label for ingredients and allergy information before use.

 

Privacy: Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
